I took what will probably be my last bike ride of the season today-- just down to the grocery store and back so it was only 20 minutes. I seem to have made the switch this summer from being a cyclist to a bike commuter. The sun was out and the roads were dry and I had to go to the store anyway so I pulled the bike out of the shed and enjoyed the fresh air. It's not like it really takes that much longer via bike than by car. At some point I really need to downgrade from a road bike to a cross bike so I can get away with this for more of the year.
