Isn't a prime number a number that can't be evenly divided by any integer except one and itself? Doesn't that rule out nine as a prime number? I might have just said something really stupid.... Don't you hate it when you think you know the answer so you correct someone in front of everybody and then it turns out that you're wrong and you look silly? Did I just do that?

Whoops ... 9 and 2009 are not prime numbers. But two years from now will be a very cool prime number year. 2011 is a prime number. So there will be plenty of cool prime days that year: 1/3/2011, 1/5/2011, ..., 5/7/2011, ..., etc.
1 is not a prime number either so 1/3/11 and 1/5/11 are out. So I guess we'll have to wait until February of 2011 to make it happen.
True. 1 is out. So next prime number day is: 2/2/2011. Thx.
